TRyhutty International Kite Festival 2018 held with the support of the Mykolayiv Regional State Administration (hereinafter – Regional State Administration), the Department of Youth and Tourism of the Regional State Administration, the Department of Culture, Nationalities and Religions of the Oblast State Administration, the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Mykolayiv Regional State Administration, the Department of Science and Education of the Regional State Administration, Olshanske Village Council, Mykolayiv City Council. 
The festival is held on Tryhutty village territory in the Mykolayiv district of Mykolaiv region.
The festival is held:

indicative launches of various and brightest kites from international and domestic experts, as well as other participants of the Festival;
competitions of air kites among the teams of pupils of scientific and creative circles of Ukraine, students of higher and secondary educational establishments of Mykolayiv region (hereinafter referred to as the competition for the kite launching)
